Oyster Farming Excursion

Get your hands wet on this one-of-a-kind oyster adventure in Portland, Maine! Join Marc Murphy, Co-Founder of Fed By Blue, Jennifer Bushman, and sustainable seafood expert Barton Seaver on an exclusive Chefs Making Waves curated excursion hosted by Nauti Sisters Sea Farm.
Forty guests will be selected via lottery to partake in a two-hour boat ride (four hours round-trip) down the scenic Royal River to Nauti Sisters' working oyster farm in Yarmouth, Maine. Along the way, you’ll learn how oysters are grown, harvest cages from the water, and slurp the freshest oysters you’ve ever had—right on the boat.
