Oyster Farming Excursion

Get your hands wet on this one-of-a-kind oyster adventure in Portland, Maine! Join Marc Murphy, Co-Founder of Fed By Blue, Jennifer Bushman, and sustainable seafood expert Barton Seaver on an exclusive Chefs Making Waves curated excursion hosted by Nauti Sisters Sea Farm.

Forty guests will be selected via lottery to partake in a two-hour boat ride (four hours round-trip) down the scenic Royal River to Nauti Sisters' working oyster farm in Yarmouth, Maine. Along the way, you’ll learn how oysters are grown, harvest cages from the water, and slurp the freshest oysters you’ve ever had—right on the boat. THE NITTY GRITTY 

This specially curated excursion is $225 per person.  
You will not be making payment unless you are selected in the lottery. 

The Lottery will remain open until August 18th.
Everyone that was selected will receive a follow-up email with payment instructions. Entering the lottery does not guarantee participation. 

ADA & Mobility Limitations
Unfortunately, this excursion is not be suitable for guests with any mobility limitations or those requiring ADA accessibility. 

Participate as a pair or solo!
You are able to enter yourself and one other person.
Traveling Solo? A select number of solo sailors will be selected for this excursion. Just leave the second name blank if you'd like to enter the lottery solo. 
 
What do you need to enter the Lottery? 
You will need the Sixthman username for yourself, and (if applicable) your additional attendee. Every booked guest has a Sixthman username. You can locate your cabinmate's Sixthman Usernames via your Sixthman AccountSimply click on your Chefs Making Waves reservation to view. You may only enter the lottery once. Multiple entries will disqualify you from the lottery. 

How do selected attendees pay? 
If you're selected, your excursion will be added to your Sixthman Account, where payment can be made. An email will be sent out to you once this is ready! Failure to pay will mean there is an outstanding balance on your account and could impact your reservation. This experience is non-refundable.
