Jen LaForge has been working in hospitality in Boston for over 15 years. She ran the beverage program at Blossom Bar for the past 7 years and is an operating partner at Birds of Paradise cocktail bar in Brighton, MA.  Jen currently owns and operates a quick service establishment by the name of Salsa Shack; a take-away food stall serving New England inspired street tacos in Boston.
