Additionally, he starred as a food expert on Netflix’s Say I Do where he helps couples create their dream weddings, as well as appearing as a and a mentor on Worst Cooks in America, where he trained and transformed novice cooks into competent chefs.

Gabe’s expertise and innovative approach to Italian cuisine have made him a sought-after chef in the United States, where he splits his time between Los Angeles and Phoenix. He founded GABRiELE BERTACCINI Experiences, a culinary event company known for creating some of the most exclusive and personalized dining events worldwide. The company was named one of the “Top 5 Culinary Event Companies in the country” by Food & Wine Magazine and has been featured in national and international publications, including Gambero Rosso and The Inspired Home.

In 2016, Gabe launched The Chef's Den, one of the most exclusive private dining experiences on the West Coast.
